Last weekend, my and I went to visit my parents in the countryside. The weather was warm and sunny, we decided to walk around the village. My , who is in the grade, brought her to show her grandparents some photos. My father was listening to an old in the yard. He loves that very much.
Near the behind the house, a young was drawing water. He wore a pair of old , and one had a small hole. My asked him if he needed help, but he smiled and said he was fine. We watched him carry the water to his mother, who was washing lunch. The were fresh and green.
lunch, my mother cooked a big meal with those and some meat. We all sat together and ate . My told her grandparents about her school life. She said she wanted to buy a new her studies, she was saving money. My father said he could help her a little. She was very happy.
In the afternoon, we walked to the small river. The with the old joined us. He showed us how to catch small fish with our hands. My laughed and played with him. It was a simple but wonderful weekend. I felt warm in my heart because we were together as a family. We promised to come back again soon.
On the way home, my said, “I will never forget this weekend. The , the , and the ’s taught me something important. We don’t need much to be happy.” I agreed with her. we drove back slowly, talking about the nice people we met. That weekend was truly a gift us.
